The Community Yard Sale is the 2nd Saturday in June from 10-4

Food Truck, Bounce House, Music, Raffle, Games, and so much more!

A carry-out yard sale for a cause offers far more value than hosting a sale at your own home—it turns a simple clean-out into meaningful impact by supporting programs and giving back to the community, while also providing higher foot traffic, shared advertising, and a more organized, stress-free experience without strangers coming to your house; in addition, unsold items can be donated on the spot so nothing goes to waste, and you gain the intangible benefit of connection, purpose, and helping reduce stigma around recovery, making the small fee not just a cost but a contribution toward something larger than yourself.

Don’t want to sell your unwanted items? No problem! We will gladly take your gently used clothing, housewares, tools, and other items during this event as a tax-deductible gift.

Donations Accepted

A few things to note:

  • If your application is approved, you will receive a separate email from Across the Bridge with the invoice for your booth fee.

  • The event will be held at the Oakland Community Garden @ New Hope Christian Church. 1982 Old Norcross Road, Lawrenceville, GA.

  • This is a Rain or Shine outdoor event. In the event of a storm, we will reschedule to the last Saturday in June.

  • You will need to bring your own tents, tables, chairs, etc. We have a limited number of tents available for rent during the event; we do not rent chairs or tables

  • Restrooms are available inside the church & the Garden Market; no port-a-potties.

  • All applications will be considered but does not guarantee a spot in this event.

  • Approved applications will be asked to submit payment within 3 days of registration

  • I will respond to every form submission within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response, I did not receive a submission. (Check your spam folder)

Vendor Parking Rules Loading/Unloading:

  • Vehicles are permitted in the vendor area for setup between sunrise and 8:30 AM only. All vendor vehicles must be moved to the soccer field by 8:45 AM. To ensure pedestrian safety and maximize space, no vehicles or trailers may remain at the vendor spot during sale hours.

  • Vendors arriving after 8:30 AM must park in the soccer field and hand-carry or cart their items to their spot; no vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area after this time.

  • Load-out begins only after the event officially ends at 4:00 PM. Vehicles may not re-enter the vendor area until all pedestrians have cleared.

  • Vendors must always conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Harassment, loud or disruptive behavior, or use of profanity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

Prohibited Items:

  • To ensure the safety of our veterans and guests, the following items are strictly prohibited for sale or possession on New Hope Christian Church property:

  • Firearms, ammunition, and explosives. Knives or weapons of any kind (unless pre-approved for historical/collector purposes).

  • Alcoholic beverages and controlled substances.

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

  • Items promoting hate speech or illegal activities.

  • Items promoting any political party.

  • Adult-only material.
