A few things to note:

• If your application is approved, you will receive a separate email or text from Square with the invoice for your booth fee.

• The event will be held at the Oakland Community Garden @ New Hope Christian Church. 1982 Old Norcross Road, Lawrenceville, GA.

• This is a Rain or Shine outdoor event. In the event of a storm, we will reschedule to the last Saturday in June.

• You will need to bring your own tents, tables, chairs, etc. We have a limited number of tents available for rent during the event; we do not rent chairs or tables

• Restrooms are available inside the church & the Garden Market; no port-a-potties.

• All applications will be considered but does not guarantee a spot in this event.

• Approved applications will be asked to submit payment within 3 days of registration

• I will respond to every form submission within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response, I did not receive a submission. (Check your spam folder)

Vendor Parking Rules Loading/Unloading:

• Vehicles are permitted in the vendor area for setup between sunrise and 8:30 AM only. All vendor vehicles must be moved to the soccer field by 8:45 AM. To ensure pedestrian safety and maximize space, no vehicles or trailers may remain at the vendor spot during sale hours.

• Vendors arriving after 8:30 AM must park in the soccer field and hand-carry or cart their items to their spot; no vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area after this time.

• Load-out begins only after the event officially ends at 4:00 PM. Vehicles may not re-enter the vendor area until all pedestrians have cleared.

• Vendors must always conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Harassment, loud or disruptive behavior, or use of profanity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

Prohibited Items:

• To ensure the safety of our veterans and guests, the following items are strictly prohibited for sale or possession on New Hope Christian Church property:

• Firearms, ammunition, and explosives. Knives or weapons of any kind (unless pre-approved for historical/collector purposes).

• Alcoholic beverages and controlled substances.

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

• Items promoting hate speech or illegal activities.

• Items promoting any political party.
