Sampling the Garden - Prepare 1-3 simple meals insde the Main Garden

Back of Garden (16-31) - Keep an eye on games, relieve vendors/offer water, empty trash cans

Bounce House - Keep the kids safe

BBQ-In the Kitchen

7 am-10 am - Pull fat off meat

10 am-4 pm Wash dishes

10 am-1 pm - Plating food

1 am-4pm - Plating food

4 pm-6 pm Cleaning kitchen

9 am-3 pm Baked Beans detail

9 am-3 pm Mac & Cheese detail

BBQ-In the Large Fellowship Hall

Take payments for walk-in customers

Collect tickets & relay to kitchen

Clean tables

Clean restrooms

Refill ice, cups, & drinks

Take out the trash

Any of these tasks to relieve other volunteers

End of Day - 4 pm-6 pm

Kitchen - Pack up all food. Some will be sold, some will be returned

Large Fellowship Hall - Put it all back together for New Covenant on Sunday

OCG Tents, Tables, Chairs - put everything back in the shed

Signs, trashcans, photo boards, and stakes
