Volunteer Sign-Up Thank you for signing up to volunteer in the October Fall Festival & BBQ Fundraiser. Please check off anything that interests you. Name * First Name Last Name Email * FRIDAY - the day before the event Check all that you are interested in doing Receive baked goods & package for BBQ/Bake Table Blow up balloons (using a machine) Tie balloons to sign arches and games Set out signs in road and property Decorate gardens Fill BBQ Sauce bottles Set up/decorate tables SATURDAY - the day of the event Check all that you are interested in doing Main Garden - Talk with visitors, answer questions, hand out flyers Bake Table - Sell donated baked goods Sampling the Garden - Prepare 1-3 simple meals insde the Main Garden Bridge (6-15) - Keep an eye on games, relieve vendors/offer water, empty trash cans Back of Garden (16-31) - Keep an eye on games, relieve vendors/offer water, empty trash cans Soak the Pastor (weather permitting) - Collect money & reset water bucket BBQ-In the Kitchen Check all that you are interested in doing 7 am-10 am - Pulling fat off meat 10 am-4 pm Wash dishes 10 am-12 pm - Plating food 12 am-2 pm - Plating food 2 pm-4 pm Plating food 4 pm-6 pm Cleaning kitchen 9 am-3 pm Baked Beans detail 9 am-3 pm Mac & Cheese detail BBQ-In the Large Fellowship Hall Check all that you are interested in doing Taking payments for walk-in customers Collecting tickets & relaying to kitchen Clean tables Clean restrooms Refilling ice, cups, & drinks Take out the trash Any of these tasks to relieve other volunteers End of Day - 4 pm-6 pm Kitchen - Pack up all food. Some will be sold, some will be returned Large Fellowship Hall - Put it all back together for New Covenant on Sunday OCG Tents, Tables, Chairs - put everything back in the shed Signs, trashcans, photo boards, and stakes I'd like to donate something Check all that apply Lay's Potato Chips (1 ounce bags) I'd like to make a Silent Auction or Raffle basket I'd like to bake something Monetary donations are Comments Please use this space to ask questions about a task you are interested in or leave a comment about something not on the sign-up sheet.
