Sweet Potato Sweets

Peel and slice Sweet Potato into 1/2” slices.

On medium heat coat bottom of 10-11” skillet with EVOO.

Place Sweet Potato slices in skillet.

Generously sprinkle Cinnamon on slices.

Cook for 4 1/2 minutes and turn over. Sprinkle generously with Cinnamon.

Cook for 4 1/2 minutes or until toothpick meets no resistance.

Place either Cinnamon Sugar, honey, or butter on slices then remove from skillet and serve.

  • One medium Sweet Potato.

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

  • Cinnamon

  • Cinnamon sugar

  • Butter (set out to room temp)

  • Honey

*Can substitute Butternut Squash for Sweet Potato and monitor cook time
