Fajita Toppings

  • 2 tbsp diced tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp sliced onions

  • 2 tbsp sweet peppers

  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Olive oil


Sautee onions and sweet peppers for 5 minutes; add tomatoes, salt & pepper. Cook together for 15 minutes then serve as a side dish.

Estimated time 20-25 minutes.

 Option: Prepare fajita meat and serve as a meal with tortillas, cilantro, and salsa
